The above video is of Hans benching 115kg for 6 reps. It was a good effort as he was under a bit of fatigue from deadlifts and it was also his 4th set. His session went 107.5kg x 7, 110kg x 7, 112.5kg x 7, 115kg x 6.
Hans already had a good bench when he first started training with us but he had weak external rotators and his overhead press is behind where it should be. Addressing his issues has set him up to smash his old personal bests on the the bench. Also reps aren't Hans' strength. When we go back to an intensification phase I'm sure we will see his numbers go up from where he was.
