The rugby league boys training of a morning are progressing well. They are working hard and getting some good results.
Above is Ben Quinlan deadlifting 140kg for 4 reps at 75kg body weight. It always makes me happy to think back to where all the boys started and where they are at now. They could barely do 50kg with good technique and now they can all deadlift at least 130kg for reps. It is exciting because we still have so much to work on. I look forward to each session and watching the boys move forward.
