This one is for all you caffeine addicts out there! There are so many ways you can have your coffee in the morning, you've got cappuccinos, lattes, long back, short black, piccolo, and so many more. Lately I've been a huge fan of the Bulletproof coffee, the real one with the correct beans, grass fed butter and coconut oil. It's a great way to get your fats up for the day and I find that I have more focus without the jittery feeling after one to many cups.

Ingredients:

  • 1 serve fresh brewed coffee

  • 5g grass fed, unsalted butter

  • 1 tbsp unrefined coconut oil

  • 12g Great Lakes Gelatin (optional)

Method:

  1. Pour brewed coffee into a warm blender.

  2. Add in butter, coconut oil and gelatine.

  3. Blend on high for 10 seconds until a froth layer forms on top.
