THP Development Program - Update


We have just finished another successful 3 week phase of training with our young rugby league players. Ben Quinlan got his deadlift to 102.5kg for 6 reps (shown in video), Bryce Shaw hit a 82.5kg deadlift on a podium for 12 reps and Marcus Moore got to 77.5kg for 12 reps. Alfio Tropea has increased the strength of his VMO's and posterior chain and will now be ready to squat in our next phase.

I am very happy with the progress of the boys considering all of them are still competing and are playing semi-finals and grand finals in their respective rugby league competitions. We just have to keep working hard and continuing to improve. We are far from perfect but who cares, we are on our way.
